Louisiana State Police say a wreck in Livingston Parish involving a pickup truck remains under investigation after the crash killed the driver but left a child uninjured.
The wreck late Christmas Eve night accident on Highway 447 claimed the life of 24-year-old Chad Whisman. The truck left the roadway at a curve and crashed into a tree.
A child properly restrained in the front seat escaped injury.
