Ochsner Baton Rouge is announcing a new non-opioid, non-surgical procedure to help treat chronic pain.
The hospital will now be offering a cooled radio frequency treatment called COOLIEF to be used to help treat chronic back, knee and hip pain. Patients can already start receiving treatments at the locations on Summa Avenue and O'Neal Lane.
Beginning in 2019, the complex at High Grove will offer expanded access to chronic pain treatment, including new procedure rooms.
