Metro Council members are expected to name an interim replacement to fill the District 8 seat left vacant with the tragic death of Republican Buddy Amoroso over the weekend.
That's expected to happen July 18th.
The person selected will fill the post pending the election of a successor on March 30th who will then complete Amoroso's term that ends in 2020.
