Authorities are still deciding whether a 14-year-old will face charges in a crash that killed two people.
State police say the teen was driving a car in the wrong lane of LA 74 in Gonzales early Monday morning when he slammed into a motorcycle head-on.
The impact killed both riders on the Harley, Robert Stafford and passenger Dusty Duet, who were on their way home from a casino.
