A woman is in custody after a bizarre and disgusting incident at a Baton Rouge restaurant.

Customers at the Copeland's on Essen Lane were rushing to get outside Saturday after police say 36-year-old Marissa Mays entered the business throwing up all over the carpet and yelling at customers. Officers say she was combative when placed inside a police car and allegedly spit in the face of one of them.

She's facing numerous charges including battery on a police officer, disturbing the peace and criminal damage to property.
