The scales of justice are weighing in favor of this guy, so to speak.

The Advocate reports 44-year-old Jacson Moore won't have to serve any jail time.  The Baton Rouge man was arrested in 2012 with three vacuum-sealed bundles of salmon stuffed with six pounds of marijuana.

He pleaded guilty late last week to a misdemeanor second-offense pot possession charge and was placed on probation for six months.

Moore's arrest made for legal fodder and challenges after cops asked to search his vehicle in an armed robbery probe rather than telling him they were investigating a suspicious package delivered to his apartment by UPS.
