The track for now Tropical Storm Nate took a noticeable westward shift overnight and the long-term "cone of uncertainty" now includes southeast Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and part of the Florida panhandle.
The storm could be Hurricane Nate by Sunday as it approaches landfall somewhere along the Gulf Coast.
