A Minnesota trucker will be facing a negligent homicide charge following the death of a child in a five-vehicle pileup on I-10 in Louisiana.
The West Baton Rouge Parish sheriff says he'll be upgrading the charges against Yasin Ibrahim who was originally arrested on five counts of negligent injury.
The Tuesday wreck led to the death of a five-year-old.
