A Denham Springs man is facing DWI and negligent homicide charges in the death of his brother.
Stephen Hebert was arrested yesterday by East Baton Rouge Parish sheriff's deputies. His brother, Kirk Hebert, was discovered dead yesterday morning underneath a still-running truck on Greenwell Springs Road.
Investigators say Stephen Hebert told them he had used heroin and drank two shots of whiskey before the incident and didn't remember his brother getting out of the truck.
