The doors to a new hospital are now open in St. Francisville.
A ceremony was held yesterday launching service at West Feliciana Hospital. The $28 million structure is actually a replacement for an outdated hospital that had served the area for almost five decades.
It includes larger patient rooms and updated imaging technology.
