A East Baton Rouge man is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Police say Nicholas Waxley entered the girl's room and raped her. She also claims Waxley gave her a pill the following day and said it was a Plan B pill.
The suspect is accused of molesting the girl several times before. Police say they were never contacted about the previous assaults.
Waxley was arrested Tuesday but is out on bond.
