A Baton Rouge man arrested over an accusation that he beat his four-year-old son to death last year is arrested again for allegedly beating up that child's mom.
Baton Rouge police arrested 25-year-old Kristopher Carter yesterday on charges of battery and domestic abuse.
Authorities say the man battered the woman to the point of rupturing her eardrum in an incident that happened June 22nd. She was hospitalized.
Carter was out on bond on a negligent homicide charge when the alleged battering occurred. The man's attorney maintains his innocence on the most recent charges.
