It's been quite a turnaround in the last week for some students who thought they had lost everything in a fire.
Eleven Southern University students from India lost ID cards and passports in the fire last weekend at the Hub Apartments in Baton Rouge on Highland Road.
Since then, WBRZ News 2 reports neighbors have raised thousands of dollars for the students and helped replace their documents.
Five of the students are set to graduate Friday.
