A five-vehicle accident I-10 westbound at the top of the New Bridge is snarling Friday morning traffic.
The accident was cleared shortly after 7 a.m., but heavy delays remained to the 10/12 split. Expect around a 45 minute delay as you inch forward at about 10 miles an hour.
