State troopers say an Oklahoma man caused a two-car crash in West Baton Rouge Parish that left one person dead and eight others injured.
Investigators say Kevin Dickens was driving impaired when he ran into another vehicle on Interstate 10 early Sunday morning. Both vehicles overturned, killing a passenger in Dickens' car.
Dickens was hospitalized and will be arrested for vehicular homicide, reckless driving and other charges when he is released.
